U.S. track and field star and model Lolo Jones has sensationally revealed she is still a virgin at 29.

The pretty Iowan Olympic hurdler went public about her struggles to stay pure for a potential husband - and her efforts to find a mate online - during a TV expose in America on Tuesday night.

In an interview on HBO's Real Sports, Jones discussed her dating challenges and her decision not to have sex, stating, "It's just something, a gift that I want to give to my husband, but please, understand, this journey has been hard.

"If there's virgins out there, I'm going to let them know, it's the hardest thing I've ever done in my life - harder than training for the Olympics, harder than graduating from college, has been to stay a virgin before marriage.

"I've been tempted. I've had guys tell me, 'You know, if you have sex, it will help you run faster.'"
